Ceremony Friday marking Red Dress Day in Owen Sound
People will gather Friday to mark the National Day of Awareness for Missing and Murdered Indigenous Women, Girls and 2-Spirited People, or Red Dress Day. In Owen Sound, they’ll be at the Gichi-Name Wiikwedong Reconciliation Garden at Kelso Beach at Nawash Park. A ceremony will take place there between 11 a.m. and 1 p.m.
