A 41 year-old-man from the Township of Southgate was arrested and charged following a police investigation into a crash in Grey Highlands.
Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) and other emergency services responded to a collision between a pickup truck and a buggy on December, 16.
Several people were taken to the hospital after the crash.
Grey Bruce OPP arrested the 41-year-old on December 29 and charged him with three counts of dangerous operation causing bodily harm.
The man will appear in an Owen Sound court in March.
