Bruce Power’s supplier partners have kick-started the fundraising with a donation of $10,000 through Bruce Power’s Charitable Events Sponsorship Program.

“We are fortunate to work with suppliers who share our commitment to our local community, and I want to thank them for this generous donation,” Irwin said. “Contributions made from our employees, suppliers, and community members will go a long way to brightening the holiday season for many local families,” said Dwight Irwin, Bruce Power’s Manager of Community Relations.

Another $5,000 will go to locally run toy drives and hamper programs in each of Bruce, Grey, and Huron counties.

Donations will be accepted until November 22 and can be made at www.brucepowertoydrive.com.
