Kincardine’s Bluewater Summer Playhouse is inviting you on a journey through the history of Rock ‘N’ Roll, with their show “Rock ‘N’ Roll is here to stay”.

“It’s a show that celebrates all of the iconic legends of rock and roll, from classic rock like Buddy Holly and Elvis, to 70s/80s rock with Led Zeppelin and Steppenwolf, and some of the Canadian greats as well,” said producer and performer, Leisa Way

Way adds it’s inspiring to see so many types of people come together to watch her band perform.

“Music has no boundaries. It brings us together no matter what our age, race, religion, or political preference is. It’s the one thing that can bring everybody together as one, and it’s such a beautiful thing that music has that power.”

She adds the show will take you on a trip through the years, with the outfits to match.

“I change costumes 12 times! From Stevie Nicks, to Grace Slick, to Linda Ronstadt. It’s worth it just to come and see me madly changing costumes. We are just so thrilled to be coming back to put smiles on faces and music in hearts. It’s just such a fun show.”

Shows are being held Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday at 8:00pm, with a 2:00 matinee on Wednesday.

Tickets are $38 and can be purchased online, or by calling 519-396-5722.
