Police investigating after stolen dog report filed in Owen Sound

The Owen Sound Police is investigating after receiving a report about a missing dog.

The short haired, white Pomeranian Sunny had been in a truck in the 800 bock of 1st Avenue East, Owen Sound. The owner found their pet to be missing upon returning to the vehicle and called police on Tuesday.

The 2-year old dog weighs six pounds, was not wearing a collar at the time and would have been taken sometime between 6 p.m. and 8 p.m.
