There is a winter weather travel advisory in effect for part of the region.
The radar is showing the heaviest snowfall right now is from Goderich, northeast to Brussels and Palmerton.
Roads in the southern areas of Huron and Perth are mostly snow covered and slippery this morning with reduced visibility.
North of Line 86, Amberly Road, roads are bare and wet to track bare. Side roads may be snow covered and snow packed.
The lake-effect snow is expected to ease this afternoon before picking up again tomorrow.
There are no road closures to report.
