In decades past, almost every major Great Lakes port city offered a specialty grocery supplying freighters. Recently, a Cleveland, Ohio-based fleet grocer ceased operation, leaving only three U.S.-based Great Lakes fleet grocers in operation. Those are located in Duluth, Minnesota, Sault Ste.
