Couples can say yes to an Owen Sound Valentine’s wedding event

Couples can sign up for the City of Owen Sound’s “Say Yes” Wedding Event at City Hall on Valentine’s Day. It’s a chance for couples who want a simple wedding, or want to elope, to tie the knot.
Couples can book a wedding for one of the 45 minute time slots between 9 a.m. and 9 p.m. The ceremony will include vows, an officiant, the ring exchange, décor, ten photos, flowers and 15 guests.
Image By Design Events & Floral Studio is taking over the City Hall atriums for Valentine’s Day to provide wedding décor and flowers for the special day.
Marriage ceremonies regularly performed at City Hall cost $150 for the marriage license and the wedding ceremony fee of $395.50.
The Just Say Yes one-day-only event is by appointment only, and is being held by the City of Owen Sound in conjunction with the Owen Sound River District.
