County seeking registered nurses to staff local long-term care homes

Bruce County is looking to hire more registered nurses for two local long-term care facilities.

In a release on the county website, Bruce County states they are “seeking Part-Time and Full-Time Registered Nurses at Gateway Haven in Wiarton and Brucelea Haven in Walkerton. Successful hires may be eligible for a $1,000 signing incentive.”

The release also states “long-term Care RNs do very important work in our community, caring for our senior residents. Their efforts ensure Bruce County’s long-term care homes are places where residents live with dignity, safety, security, and comfort.”
