The Catholic Central Crusaders and Laurier Rams kicked off a busy week of football for four London teams when they faced off Friday night in the high school city final at City Wide Fields. The score was tied 10-10 at half. CCH quarterback Corson Skellett ran for two touchdowns in the third quarter. The Rams scored a late touchdown and two-point conversion but their rally fell short as CCH won 26-18 to claim the school’s first city football championship since 2018. Photos by Mike Hensen.
